Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager at Associate or Senior Associate level to support major water-sector programmes. London-based with a requirement to work at the client office or site one to two days per week.

The role focuses on commercial strategy, NEC contract formation, and procurement strategy, offering an opportunity to shape commercial approaches across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of NEC experience.
• Strong commercial management and contract formation experience.
• Experience working within complex programmes or infrastructure projects.
• Water-sector experience, ideally.

Responsibilities

• Supporting contract formation and the development of contractual arrangements.
• Advising on NEC contract mechanisms and commercial risk.
• Working with project teams to develop robust commercial strategies.
• Supporting procurement, tendering and contract negotiations.
• Identifying and managing contractual risks and opportunities.
• Providing commercial advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting effective contract administration and change management.
