Senior Associate | Commercial Litigation | 5+ PQE | London

A totally unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a 5+ PQE Litigation Solicitor with strong high court litigation experience to join a boutique international disputes practice in London.

This role is tailored for a solicitor with experience in high-value, high-stakes litigation, particularly in the High Court, and offers the chance to work with an elite client base, including High-Net-Worth individuals (with assets exceeding £100m), some of whom are listed in the Sunday Times Rich List.

The position offers a highly competitive remuneration package, with significant bonus potential and they are looking for the best person they can get, so are willing to be flexible. There is also a clear path to partnership for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving litigation strategy and delivering results in high profile cases. Key responsibilities include :

  • Handling complex High Court litigation, often against major opponents.
  • Managing high value cases independently, from inception to resolution.
  • Providing strategic advice to UHNW clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the founder and a skilled team, leveraging expertise to secure wins for clients.
  • Developing the practice, with a view to potential partnership opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

The firm is seeking a standout litigator with a background including :

  • 5+ PQE, ideally from a Top 10 UK law firm (Top 30 backgrounds also to be considered).
  • Extensive High Court litigation experience, with a track record of success.

  • Comfortable working independently and driving cases forward with minimal supervision.
