My client, a prestigious global Executive Search firm, is looking for an Executive Search professional to join as a Senior Associate in their CFO practice.
Working within a candidate-centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of C-level positions across all profitable industries. On a day-to-day basis, you will build relationships with prospective candidates and clients, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.

You will have at least 2 years of experience within an Executive Search firm. This is a role working on CFO mandates across sectors including Industrials, Consumer, and Technology amongst others so the work will be continually interesting and rewarding.
You will be curious, bright, and operate with gravitas and confidence. Experience in any sector of Executive Search is welcomed if you can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and develop your skills and the traits to be a successful team player.
