Job summary

Taylor Root is supporting a leading UK law firm in appointing a Senior Associate to the Real Estate Finance team. You will advise on high-value property investments and development projects, working closely with lenders, borrowers and developers. There is strong client contact and an opportunity to supervise junior lawyers.

The role provides exposure to multi-faceted transactions tying corporate and real estate work together, with a clear pathway for progression and competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE in real estate finance from a leading UK or international firm.
• Strong knowledge of loan agreements, security docs, and intercreditor arrangements.
• Experience in investment and development finance transactions.
• Excellent drafting and commercial skills.
• Confidence in managing clients and supporting BD initiatives.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and lead complex matters.
