What You'll Be Doing:
- Support category teams in planning and trading activities to help unlock growth and maximise profitability.
- Partner closely with a Senior Merchandiser to deliver in-season performance analysis, proactively identifying risks, and recommending reforecasts where needed.
- Contribute to category planning - from budgeting and option counts to depth of buy - ensuring product ranges are built with both precision and flexibility.
- Help manage the International critical path by aligning key stakeholders to timelines, deliverables, and meeting schedules.
- Collate sales history, market insights, and learnings to inform seasonal strategy recommendations.
- Analyse best and worst-performing lines, using trade reports to surface insights and make actionable recommendations to improve partner performance.
- Work with OTB and stock plans to spot opportunities and highlight risks across markets.
- Maintain accurate space planning and store grading data to drive stock turn, optimise range efficiency, and mitigate overstock risk.
- Collaborate with teams across buying, finance, and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth stock flow into each market.
- Assist in preparing trade packs, commentary, and present findings in team meetings.
- Liaise directly with International Partners and Account Managers to support commercial planning and product strategy, always keeping the end customer in focus.
- Be the go-to contact for international commercial queries and step in when the Senior Merchandiser is away.
- Continuously look for ways to improve how we work - challenge norms, suggest improvements, and help build best practices in merchandising.
What You'll Bring:
