Southern Housing is seeking a strategic Head of Asset Compliance to lead a multidisciplinary team across electrical safety, water hygiene and domestic alarms. You will shape policy, manage major contracts and budgets, and provide assurance to the Executive Team and the Board.

Based in London with hybrid working, you’ll drive compliance across residential portfolios, collaborate with residents, regulators and suppliers, and develop plans that keep our homes safe and compliant for the future.

Competenze

• Significant senior-level experience leading asset or property compliance services in housing or regulated sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety, water hygiene and domestic alarms.
• Experience procuring and managing major contracts, budgets, audits and compliance programmes.
• Proven leadership of large teams.
