- Provide strategic, professional and operational leadership for the Trust’s Aseptic Pharmacy Services.
- Ensure services meet patient safety, quality, governance and regulatory standards including GMP.
- Lead development and transformation of aseptic services to meet future capacity needs.
- Lead workforce planning, development and performance for technical services.
- Manage operational and financial performance of the portfolio.
