They are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing Birmingham team.

Overview

The practice delivers award-winning projects across a wide range of sectors including Education, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Transport, and Leisure. Their current projects focus are for various Education projects ( 1m - 40m) and large scale Healthcare projects (up to 400m). experience within either sector would be beneficial but not essential.

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview

• Produce effective working drawing packages with minimum supervision
• Advise on environmental and building regulatory requirements affecting the project
• Carry out Designer Risk Assessments (CDM)
• Co-ordinate with other consultants/colleagues, disseminate information to team members and negotiate with statutory bodies
• Work on a range of exciting Healthcare & Education projects
• Ensure compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements
• Co-ordinate detailed design information
• Liaise with and produce documentation for statutory and local approval authorities
• Use latest Revit Level 2 BIM processes
• Programme work schedules and carry out inspections at various stages
