The successful candidate will oversee the full construction project lifecycle, collaborate with a multi-studio team, and bring strong technical and people skills to the table.

Responsibilities
  • Manage personnel across different stages of a project, from inception through to construction, ensuring technical accuracy and delivery
  • Lead architectural technologist input for projects under both traditional and design & build procurement routes
  • Produce and review construction information, technical documentation and drawings using software such as Revit and NBS Chorus
  • Maintain client relationships, identify business opportunities and work with the team to achieve commercial goals
  • Ensure knowledge of relevant regulations, codes and contract/legal aspects is applied throughout the project lifecycle
Ideal Candidate
  • Several years post-qualification experience, including leading projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and NBS Chorus, with strong technical and construction detailing skills
  • Experience delivering architectural projects under both traditional and design & build procurement routes
  • Commercial awareness, client-focus, and ability to establish and consolidate relationships
  • Collaborative team player with strong motivation, people-management, and delegation skills
  • Knowledge of all RIBA Plan of Work stages and legal/contractual/regulatory considerations (desirable)
