• You must hold a current CSCS card, or be willing to obtain one.
• Experience in a similar technical role managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all RIBA stages.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Prepare and deliver drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Manage statutory approvals including Planning and Building Regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout projects.
