The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Oxford-based architecture team. You'll be working on high-profile projects across various sectors from their unique office location.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor colleagues on technical project requirements
• Produce high-quality design work and technical detailing (Revit experience would be beneficial)
• Communicate ideas effectively through oral, graphic, and written methods
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawing packages and specifications
• Apply practical and methodical problem-solving approaches while working to budgets and deadlines
• Manage planning applications and Building Regulations submissions
• Conduct site inspections of building works
• Apply knowledge of UK best practice standards
• Build and develop client relationships to identify new opportunities
