Job summary

Anderselite is partnering with a leading employee-owned, carbon-neutral architectural practice in Cardiff to hire an experienced Senior Technologist. You will lead technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+), mentor junior team members, and drive innovative design approaches including MMC and net zero carbon.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+).
• Strong Revit skills and experience producing detailed drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing design teams and coordinating consultants.
• Knowledge of construction legislation, performance criteria, and design compliance.

• Lead project teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Anderselite are working with a leading employee-owned, carbon-neutral architectural practice looking for an experienced Senior Technologist to join their Cardiff studio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong track record in large-scale education or similar projects (£20m+), who can lead technical delivery and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and detailed design solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support innovative design approaches, including MMC and net zero carbon initiatives.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to project profitability and successful delivery.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to junior team members or outsource partners.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+).
• Strong Revit skills and experience producing 1:5 / 1:10 details, NBS specifications, and GA drawings.
• Experience managing design teams and coordinating consultants.
• Knowledge of construction legislation, performance criteria, and design compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, workloads, and deadlines effectively.

Desirable

• Dynamo scripting, NBS Chorus, or education sector experience.
• Experience managing remote/outsourced technical delivery partners.
