About the Role

We're working on behalf of a respected and forward-thinking architectural practice who are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their team on a short-term contract basis.
This role will support the delivery of key project stages across a number of active schemes. You'll be working alongside a talented team of architects and designers, contributing technical expertise and helping to ensure smooth project progression during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing and developing detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
• Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting project delivery through RIBA Stages 4-6.
• Applying up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regulations and standards.
• Managing revisions, technical queries, and drawing coordination efficiently.

Requirements
