A well-respected architectural practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join its Cambridge studio. In this role, you will produce high-quality technical drawings and collaborate closely with architects and consultants to deliver a diverse range of projects. Candidates must have a relevant degree or HND, experience in a UK architectural practice, and proficiency in Revit. The position offers a salary between £40,000 and £47,000, situating you in an innovative design environment with a strong focus on sustainable practices.

A well-respected, long-established architectural practice recognised for its thoughtful and sustainable approach is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join its friendly, collaborative Cambridge studio. With a portfolio spanning education, healthcare, cultural, and residential projects, the team is committed to delivering high-quality work grounded in design integrity and technical excellence. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the technical delivery of a diverse range of projects, working closely with architects, consultants, and external teams to ensure seamless progression from early design stages through to construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailed construction packages
  • Coordinate design information with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
  • Support project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-6
  • Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and relevant technical standards
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary design environment
  • Assist with the technical delivery of projects during on-site stages
