Overview

Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist – Stourbridge (Hybrid). Salary £40,000-£65,000 + progression + benefits. The practice is small but highly experienced, specialising in industrial and commercial projects throughout the UK. Projects vary in size and value, including care homes, industrial buildings/units, retail buildings, apartments, and extensions/refurbishments. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects with a solid pipeline of work and a broad client base.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations
• Liaise with contractors and clients
• Conduct site visits (UK wide)
• Attend site meetings

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Design experience in a similar role
• Full UK driver\'s licence
• Commutable distance to the office in Stourbridge

This is a hybrid role with the office based in Stourbridge.
