Overview

A nice RIBA practice with 10 staff members has enjoyed a successful 2025 and this is set to continue into the new year. They have 40 years in business and an envious client base throughout the region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on bold contemporary designs and listed buildings, running projects from stage 4 onwards.
• Produce high quality technical drawings and production information, working towards handover.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep within agreed timeframes.
• Engage with clients and contribute to project delivery with attention to detailing and technical accuracy.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• Strong detailing skills and a good understanding of how different building types perform and stand.
• Comfortable working with clients and able to communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to run projects from design through construction documentation and towards handover.

Location and Work Environment

Bath, in a spacious studio with an excellent working atmosphere and a low staff turnover.
