Job summary

Squire & Partners is looking for a talented CGI visualiser to join its London practice. The role focuses on leading the creation of high-quality images for bid and proposal submissions that clearly communicate value.

You will translate concepts to photorealistic images, working with architectural and interior design teams from concept through to final construction, while meeting deadlines and maintaining strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years CGI experience with visualisations.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality exterior and interior CGIs.
• Excellent artistic and technical knowledge with a keen eye for detail and composition.
• CGIs range from concept through planning to final construction.
• Able to work to deadlines in team or solo settings.
• Strong communication and self-motivation; ability to inspire others.
• Fluent English skills and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of high-quality images for bid and proposal submissions.
• Translate concepts to photo-realistic images for competition, planning and construction.
• Collaborate with architectural and interior design teams.
• Craft bid documents and presentations to strengthen competitive position.
