ARK/RIBA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification; proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD; strong design and communication skills; hybrid working model and employee benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• ARB/RIBA qualified architect with 5+ years post-qualification experience in residential sector projects.
• Strong design and technical delivery skills across residential schemes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation ability.
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD software for BIM modelling and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Design and technical delivery across residential projects from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced studio.
• Produce drawings, BIM models and detailed documentation for construction.
• Present design proposals and coordinate with clients and consultants.

Would you like to join one of the most recognisable names in Construction & Architecture? This is the opportunity to do just that.

We are representing an AJ100 powerhouse with a prominent office in central Manchester. They are looking for a minimum of 2 new hires to join them and support some new projects within their busy Residential-sector team.
They have new projects across varying size & scale of Residential design, including: Housing, Masterplanning, High-rise, Student Accommodation and everything in between.

This role will encompass both design & technical responsibilities. The work will prove challenging and rewarding in equal measure.

Key criteria for this Senior Architect hire will include the following:

• ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
• Minimum 5-years post-qualification.
• Residential-sector buildings experience is important
• Strong design & technical skills
• Excellent communications skills (Written, verbal, presentation).
• REVIT & AutoCAD proficiency.
