Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd are seeking a Senior Architect to join a busy North-West practice near Preston on a full-time contract basis. The role offers a hybrid working model and exposure to education and healthcare sectors on large-scale projects.

You should have ARB registration, 3+ years post-qualification experience, and fluency with AutoCAD and Revit (BIM level 2). The salary will be commensurate with experience and an initial 6-month term is envisaged with potential to go permanent.

Qualifications

• ARB Registration is required.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT; BIM Level 2 experience preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept to delivery.
