Office: London

Hours: Full‑time, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Duties
  • Lead day‑to‑day technical delivery on two high‑rise residential phases
  • Support the Associate in the delivery of this landmark project
  • Drive production of coordinated Stage 4-5 packages
  • Manage workflows, deadlines, and information exchange across teams
  • Review drawings, troubleshoot technical issues, and support decision‑making
  • Liaise closely with consultants to ensure coordinated, buildable solutions
  • Provide clear guidance to junior and mid‑level team members during production
  • Represent the project in technical meetings and workshops
Requirements
  • ARB registered & Qualified Architect
  • 5+ years of Post Qualification experience as an Architect
  • Confident managing detailed production packages and tight programmes
  • Proven experience delivering large, complex residential schemes
  • Strong Communication and Organisation skills
  • Experience delivering in stages 4 & 5 is essential
  • Expert Revit user is essential
