Job summary

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Architect to complement our friendly and dynamic healthcare team. Based in our Belfast or Dublin studio, you will have the opportunity to lead projects across the UK and Ireland.

We are seeking a fully qualified architect with a minimum of five years’ post qualification experience. Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit and strong design ability are essential, with a solid understanding of BIM processes and building regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in a UK architecture practice.
• Recent experience delivering healthcare projects.
• Strong design ability with good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit; familiarity with BIM processes is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of building regulations and construction technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects and drive design excellence across the UK and Ireland.
• Collaborate across studios and work as part of a sector-based team.
• Communicate clearly with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HBN/HTM guidance and construction technologies.

We are seeking a fully qualified architect with a minimum of five years’ post qualification experience. You will exhibit the following skills / experience:

• The equivalent of at least 5 years’ post qualification experience working in a UK architecture practice
• Demonstrate recent experience of working on healthcare projects
• Strong design ability
• Good communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit, Adobe Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); understanding of BIM processes would be an advantage
• A good understanding of HBN/HTM guidance
• Technical capability with a good understanding of building regulations and construction technologies
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Is self‑motivated with a passion for design and client satisfaction
