Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property in Croydon is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a busy finance team. The role focuses on posting receipts, reconciling accounts, and delivering high-quality client service from the Croydon office.

You will contribute to a culture of accuracy and customer care while developing accounting skills within a supportive environment. Hybrid/flexible working is offered after probation, with full training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post receipts and reconcile accounts in line with good financial practices.
• Ensure operational targets are met and tasks completed in compliance requirements.
• Respond to queries via email/phone promptly with excellent customer service.
• Support AR & Reconciliation team to promote accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated accounting processes.
• Assist IT with system enhancements testing and rollout.
