Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Application Development Manager in the UK to lead agile teams delivering payroll and enterprise web applications for clients. You will collaborate across design, engineering, product development and implementation to scale complex systems.

You will require 8+ years of leadership in full stack development, deep hands-on experience with .NET 4.8 and .NET 10, SQL Server, APIs, microservices, Docker, Redis, REST/JSON, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of microservices stack including .NET, Docker, Redis, REST/JSON, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience in DevOps with automated change management using Jenkins, Ansible, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile development teams to design and deliver web applications.
• Oversee API design, distributed systems, and integration with internal/external clients.
• Guide operations scalability and deployment in cloud environments.
