We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the SystmOne Configuration team as a Digital Configuration Analyst. The role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months and will be offered at Band 6., The post holder will support users of the Trust's key electronic patient record systems, undertake critical system management tasks, and carry out ongoing configuration to ensure systems continue to meet the needs of the Trust. They will work closely with the wider team to deliver an effective and high-quality service
The post holder will use a service desk system (currently Fresh), to resolve IT incidents, to provide ongoing support and advice, to resolve data quality issues, and to identify and make configuration changes to SystmOne. The post holder will also have the opportunity to work on, and support wider SystmOne improvement projects where required.
They will be an effective communicator and be required to work closely with project staff, clinical staff and other members of the team to define configuration requirements, manage SystmOne units, assist with testing, and improve the user interface using user centred design principles.
The ideal candidates will have relevant experience building new configuration within SystmOne, supporting staff to use the system and troubleshooting and fixing issues. They will also have a strong level of empathy and excellent communication skills when supporting end users.
