Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a senior professional in Reading, UK to lead complex BPM and application development projects. Qualifications

• 7–10 years IT industry experience with 5+ years in Appian.
• 4–5 years in enterprise web applications development.
• 2+ years leading a development team.
• Experience on J2EE/.NET with an RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server).
• Strong logical and analytical reasoning.
• Engage with business to define solutions early and guide architecture.
• Appian Level 2 Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery planning and coordinate priorities with Product Owners.
• Guide architecture decisions and create initial solution frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure feasible, sustainable outcomes.
