Job summary

Tagged Resources Recruitment specialists supplying Fashion, Beauty, Food and Home is seeking a Graphic Designer for our apparel division. The role focuses on creating seasonal graphics for multiple in-house brands, including T-shirts, fleece and knitwear, with emphasis on men’s apparel.

The candidate will translate briefs into striking designs, develop technical packs, and work closely with production and merchandising to meet timelines across UK and global clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of graphic design experience in apparel, specifically men’s wear.
• Strong creative design skills with a basic understanding of garment construction and print application.
• Excellent Illustrator/CAD skills; AI skills would be a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across design, merchandising, and production teams.
• Commercially aware with a good eye for adapting trends and colour.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal graphics across in-house brands for printed T-shirts, fleece, woven shirts, and graphic knitwear.
• Create graphics that satisfy style and colour direction for UK and global contract customers.
• Create technical packs for sample development and fine‑tune colourway options for production.
• Create style profiles for ordered styles to be raised by the merchandise department.
• Liaise with offices and suppliers abroad to support development and production timelines.
