Qualifications

• At least 6 years' PQE with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in-house is beneficial.
• Ability to assess international legislation and apply it.
• Fluency in English is essential, Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on managing risks in the regulatory environment.
• Advise on local regulatory frameworks in APAC.
• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts and other legal documents.
• Supervise and support legal counsel in China.
