Our Future Health Limited is seeking a Staff Analytics Platform Engineer to shape the architecture of our analytics platform. This pivotal role involves providing technical leadership, improving performance and scalability of data systems, and mentoring engineering teams. Ideal candidates will possess deep knowledge in platforms such as Snowflake and significant experience with Python, data ingestion tooling, and technical governance. The role offers a salary starting from £95,000 and a great benefits package including generous leave and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Deep experience building modern data platforms in multi-team environments.
• Expertise in analytics data modelling affecting performance and cost.
• Strong platform architecture experience in Snowflake and dbt.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the architecture of the analytics platform including Snowflake.
• Define the long-term technical vision ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for safe and scalable data ingestion.
