Job summary

Cognify Search is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to own analytics projects from end to end. You will work across client projects, shaping requirements, building data models using dbt, writing SQL, and delivering insights through BI tools.

The role emphasizes business understanding and proactive stakeholder management to drive impact. You’ll operate in a remote-first environment with UK-based clients and potential London-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.
• Advanced SQL skills and dbt experience.
• Confidence working end to end, from requirements through to insights.
• Strong business understanding, not just technical execution.
• Experience working with customer, product, marketing, or commercial data.
• Bonus if you've had exposure to subscription or e-commerce businesses.
