As a Senior Analyst in our growing Retail Media department, you'll play a key role in transforming our already significant retail media operation into one of the largest networks in Europe. You'll work closely across the organisation to forecast and analyse the performance of our retail media suite, continuously offering recommendations to enhance our products, improve performance and support commercial growth. This is a truly global role: you'll build strong relationships with local country teams as well as central functions, influencing decision‑making at all levels.

Key responsibilities
  • Build strong cross‑functional partnerships to support and influence strategic decisions
  • Analyse and forecast the trading performance of retail media products and services
  • Use data to uncover operational improvements and identify new commercial opportunities
  • Work with Product & Tech teams to understand user and partner behaviour
  • Extract actionable insights from first‑party customer data to increase campaign relevance
  • Design, build and maintain accurate, intuitive reports and data products for stakeholders
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and confidently
  • Stay close to industry trends and internal developments to ensure we outpace competitors
What will you bring to the team?
  • Proven experience: 4+ years as a data analyst in a fast‑based business environment
  • Previous experience of working in retail media or related disciplines is highly desirable
  • Required technical skills: ability to write complex SQL queries, experience of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and spreadsheet analysis (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Desirable technical skills: statistical modelling, pricing/auction analysis, yield optimisation, data modelling (ETL, automated pipelines), experience of leveraging AI tools
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with experience of presenting to and writing reports for senior stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise competing workstreams
  • Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills with both internal and external stakeholders based on respect and mutual support for success
  • Self‑starter attitude, comfortable with change and thriving in fast‑paced environments – build rapidly, test briefly and roll out successes quickly
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, celebrate team wins, own your results, and be happy to give and receive feedback
