Caravel is seeking a Real Estate Investment Professional (Senior Analyst) to join its European Real Estate team in London. The role involves full underwriting and modelling of debt and equity transactions, due diligence, term sheets, and ongoing monitoring of investments and fund performance.

You'll work with a lean 8-person team, access discretionary capital, and have ownership from day one. 3 years' real estate transaction experience required; salary around £80k with 100% bonus potential.

The role:

Full underwriting and modelling of debt and equity transactions, transaction screening and due diligence, compiling term sheets, structuring alongside in-house and external legal/tax advisers, ongoing monitoring and reporting on individual investments and fund performance, and exposure to origination alongside senior personnel.

What we're looking for:

• Around 3 years' relevant real estate transaction experience from a bank, investor (likely PE or institutional) or alternate lender
• The ability to build sophisticated and robust financial models, together with a strong understanding of the underlying real estate as well as the associated analysis.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable contributing to a small, growing team.

London-based. 5 days per week in the office.

Salary c£80k bonus potential 100%.
