You will liaise with clients to gather data, conduct research and perform quantitative analysis on banking projects with opportunities to travel to client sites.

As part of Finalta WE in London, you will build on decades of benchmarking knowledge to help clients close performance gaps and achieve world-class outcomes, supported by mentorship and a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, banking, data analysis, economics, strategy (with internship experience).
• 3+ years of experience in data and financial analysis, banking, financial services, insurance or consultancy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• Ability to manage your time to produce high-quality work to deadlines.
• Fluent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English.

YOUR IMPACT

You will work within a small project team to analyze data, evaluate results, generate actionable insights and recommendations and deliver these to your clients. You will be liaising with our clients to gather data, conduct research and perform quantitative analysis. You'll be working with our team that covers our banking clients and will have the opportunity to travel to client sites. Our projects typically run for 6 months; therefore, you will become an expert in data and topics. You’ll work with our Finalta WE (Western Europe) team in London. Building on more than twenty years' experience working with leading banks, Finalta combines benchmark performance data and best-practice knowledge from 350 financial institutions in over 50 countries to generate insights on how to achieve superior performance. Annual benchmarking provides clients with a unique management tool to objectively assess performance against peers and quantify opportunities for improvement. Our best-practice cases illustrate how to close performance gaps and give clients a roadmap to reach world-class performance while reducing the time, cost, and risk of change.
