The Field Engagement team drives impact by activating top talent and scaling global and recommended enablement through operational excellence, data-driven insights, and technology adoption. We serve as the voice to the field for Field Readiness (FR), anchored in our core pillars of Talent Activation and Field Enabler Activation.
The Senior Analyst, Field Engagement role sits in the Field Activation function within the team. In this position, you will act as a consultant to the Operating Unit (OU) Empowered Model by strengthening bi-directional engagement between central teams and the business. You will be aligned directly to OUs in EMEA and APAC.
