A leading UK retail partnership is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team. This role involves analyzing large data sets, developing models, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The expected salary ranges between £51,000 and £60,000, and the position offers a hybrid working environment, promoting both office and remote work.
ABOUT THE ROLE The Analytics Team is spread right across the Partnership, using advanced analytics to help stakeholders solve problems and make better decisions.
As a Senior Analyst, you will be allocated to a part of the business and work with your line manager to maximise impact and value of your projects. You will achieve that through the application of your technical expertise, appropriate analytical techniques, clear storytelling, recommendations and timely delivery. This is a hands‑on role and you could be expected to work on several analytical projects independently and simultaneously.
We are looking for Partners who are passionate about solving business problems, with curious and pragmatic mindsets. In addition, we are looking for analysts who not only have good technical knowledge, but who also have the ability to apply those skills in a practical and time sensitive way with great communication. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £5.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
You will be proactive and be able to create business value and improve business decision making using analytical techniques. You will be responsible for delivering your projects on time and to the necessary standard.
