Responsibilities

  • Understand and support the execution of daily asset allocation and portfolio rebalancing for DC clients.
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of client and internal queries.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, controls and service standards.
  • Analyse data to identify discrepancies, trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support the completion of reporting and monitoring activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build knowledge of Northern Trust systems, processes and client requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple teams to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Support technology and process enhancement initiatives through testing, analysis and feedback.
  • Develop an understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and how they relate to client service delivery.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and contribute to identifying root causes and preventative actions.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, controls and client outcomes.

The Senior Analyst will play an active role in supporting high-quality data and operational outcomes for institutional clients across EMEA and APAC.

The selected candidate will work as part of a global team, with the role providing exposure to asset allocation, analytics and regulatory reporting processes, helping clients access the information and insight they need to make informed investment and reporting decisions.

The role will provide an excellent foundation in financial services operations while developing analytical, problem-solving and client servicing skills.

This position is well suited to an individual who enjoys working with data, solving problems, identifying trends and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
