Job summary

CHIMES IKC is seeking a Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to lead hands-on circuit design for HI demonstrators and define robust PHY-level interfaces at die-to-die boundaries. You will drive integration planning, coordinate with digital teams, and develop reusable design assets.

You will collaborate with industry partners and the Centre to promote reusable methodologies, contribute to workshops, and help set integration requirements for complex heterogeneous systems across packaging

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in analog/mixed-signal circuit design across AI/HI contexts.
• Experience with PHY-level interfaces and die-to-die boundaries in advanced nodes.
• Good understanding of design-for-test, PDKs, and packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable design methodologies and assets for analog/mixed-signal blocks.
• Lead and contribute to HI demonstrator projects with industry partners.
• Define interface specifications and coordinate with digital design/verification teams.
