Cambridge GaN Devices is seeking an experienced Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join the R&D Engineering team in Cambridge, UK. You will develop GaN Power IC solutions and contribute to device modeling to advance energy-efficient power electronics.
You will work on schematic capture, simulations, layout reviews, and SPICE model development, with occasional travel. A strong background in analog IC design and Cadence tools is essential.

CGD are looking for an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer to join the team. As part of the growing engineering team, you will be responsible for developing new GaN Power IC solutions. In this role, you will be able to develop and use your knowledge of a variety of aspects of semiconductor device development at the forefront of GaN device R&D.
This role is based at the company's office and lab in Cambridge, UK, although it is expected that some travel will be required from time to time for this role.
