Capital One Europe is seeking a seasoned AML and sanctions compliance professional for a Principal Associate role in Nottingham. The role sits within the UK AML and Sanctions Compliance function, reporting to the UK MLRO, and involves end-to-end control over onboarding through transaction monitoring in a hybrid work setup.

You will design risk-based processes, ensure regulatory alignment, and provide coaching to improve SAR quality while coordinating across first- and second-line teams.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of the UK financial crime framework (MLRs, JMLSG, POCA) and OFSI sanctions regimes.
• Proven end-to-end experience delivering financial crime reviews in high-volume environments.
• Willingness to continuously learn and pursue accredited qualifications (e.g., ICA, ACAMS).
