Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Senior Airport Development Manager based in Luton or Spain to lead the commercial strategy for a portfolio of airports across Europe. You will guide negotiations, drive cost savings and oversee a high-performing team across several markets.

You will manage relationships with airport boards and industry partners, delivering strategic initiatives and ensuring governance of major contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the network.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in airline/aviation environments.
• Strong knowledge of airport commercial models.
• Proven ability to negotiate high-value agreements.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Budget management and financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead airport commercial negotiations to secure optimum outcomes.
• Drive delivery of annual cost savings and budget commitments.
• Manage and develop a team of Airport Development Managers across Europe.
• Build strong relationships with airport boards and government agencies.
• Support development and implementation of the airport strategy.
• Represent easyJet in industry consultations and airport forums.
• Oversee KPIs, financial performance and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the network and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer propositions and routes.
• Ensure governance across contracts and ground handling.
• Champion innovation to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
