• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Van, Tools & Fuel Card

Location: London (mobile role)

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for your next challenge?

The Role:

• Carry out service, maintenance, fault‑finding and breakdowns on a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi‑splits, AHUs, etc.).
• Work independently to diagnose complex issues and deliver first‑time fixes wherever possible.
• Lead by example, offering support and guidance to junior engineers when required.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

About You:

• A wealth of hands‑on experience in air conditioning service, maintenance and breakdown.
• Strong knowledge of leading manufacturers and systems.
• F‑Gas 2079 certification essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Reliable, professional, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
