Job summary

Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join their Digital Solutions group at the UK Motorsport Technology Centre in Bicester. You will build smart, scalable applications that impact development through race operations and integrate GenAI capabilities across tools.

Lead full-stack development across backend services, APIs and frontend apps using C#, Python, TypeScript and modern frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, in a senior or influential role.
• Strong full-stack capability with backend and frontend using C#, Python, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, FastAPI, React, Vue, Svelte or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies and practical use of LLMs and AI tooling.
• Experience designing, developing, testing and maintaining production-grade cloud-native software.
• Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, CI/CD and modern development practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deliver high-quality full-stack software solutions including backend services, frontend apps, APIs and integrations.
• Own complex features and technical workstreams from requirements to production delivery.
• Contribute to strategic Digital Solutions projects supporting end-to-end engineering and operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and business stakeholders to translate workflows into digital tools.
• Incorporate GenAI capabilities in stakeholder-facing apps with safe governance and measurable value.
• Contribute to scalable AI adoption with secure integration patterns and cost-aware implementation.
