Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine learning research experience (PhD counts)
• Strong experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow)
• Degree from a top‑100 university or equivalent research track record

Responsibilities

• Train and improve deep learning models end‑to‑end.
• Tackle robustness and efficiency under limited data and compute budgets.
• Evaluate and iterate on model robustness against adversarial inputs and conversations.
• Compress models to meet size and latency constraints while preserving accuracy.
• Diagnose and resolve training issues.
