Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to define and deliver the infrastructure strategy for LLM programmes. You will lead cross‑functional teams across research, product, data engineering, and MLOps to design, build, and operate scalable AI platforms for training, evaluation, deployment and governance.

This role requires expert knowledge of GPU infrastructure, distributed systems, and enterprise scale workflows.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, building, and operating large‑scale AI platforms in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures and GPU deployment.
• Strong knowledge of distributed training and inference strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI platform and infrastructure roadmap for LLM initiatives.
• Design high‑performance compute environments across AWS and on‑prem platforms.
• Optimise training/inference workloads for performance and reliability.
• Establish model/data lifecycle capabilities and integration with registries.
• Lead knowledge graph infrastructure evolution and cross‑team coordination.
