Job summary

Deloitte’s Solutions & AI Labs (SAIL) practice in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead consultancy engagements and grow AI & Solutions Engineering capabilities. You will own end-to-end programs, shape opportunities, and drive delivery governance, combining deep SME-level AI/ML and domain expertise with leadership and client advisory skills to deliver durable value at scale.

Qualifications

7+ years in technology consulting, software engineering or AI/ML with senior leadership experience.
Experience supporting or leading bid and proposal activity, including client tenders/RFPs.
SME-level depth in at least one domain (AI/LLM, ML, or Software Engineering) with architecture/design capability.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end engagements from shaping opportunities to delivery governance.
Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams with engineers, data scientists, and consultants.
Lead architecture design for AI-enabled platforms and cloud solutions; drive production deployments at scale.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with CTOs and engineering leaders.
Mentor junior practitioners and develop talent pipelines.
