Description

Tripledot is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world.

We are a multi-award-winning organisation, with a global 2,500+ strong team across 12 studios.

Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users.

Tripledot's guiding principle is that when people love what they do, what they do will be loved by others.

We’re building a company we’re proud of – one filled with driven, incredibly smart and detail-orientated people, who LOVE making games.

Our ambition is to be the most successful games company in the world, and we’re just getting started.

The role is working within our AI group

The group AI team is a central function that works both with other central groups like marketing and game solutions and the game studios which are part of Tripledot. Within the group AI team, you’ll be working with other AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and analysts. Your external stakeholders will include the other group function and the gaming studios within the Tripledot portfolio. You’ll be reporting into the VP of AI. The role will be directly contributing to main games KPIs such as retention, revenue, player experience, as well as to company efficiency and time to market in developing games and features. Progression opportunities will be within the AI group or to studios in the group.

Role Overview

As a Senior AI/ML Product Manager at Tripledot, you will be a strategic but pragmatic leader responsible for defining, developing, and launching AI and machine learning-powered features and tools that deliver significant value to our players, game teams, or business. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs, data science capabilities, and the unique challenges of the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high-impact, cross-studio opportunities for AI/ML, including for user acquisition optimization, content generation, and player engagement.
  • Lead the design of AI/ML capabilities that can be reused or adapted by multiple studios, as well as piloting within-studio projects. Partner with the studios and other group functions to integrate AI/ML seamlessly into game and marketing pipelines.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of AI/ML products from ideation to experimentation, delivery, iteration and adoption. Incubate pilot projects to validate new approaches before scaling.
  • Define clear success metrics and track performance post-launch. Actively work with data to improve products and map opportunities.
  • Translate technical possibilities into business outcomes and user value. Work closely with ML and Data Engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and resource allocation. Ensure that AI systems meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards.
  • Act as the bridge between group AI, game studios, marketing, and leadership, clearly articulating value and progress. Present roadmaps, outcomes, and learnings to executive stakeholders.
  • Engage in continuous learning about AI/ML technologies and evaluate their applicability to the gaming industry and Tripledot ecosystem. Actively try the new tools and models on the market and participate in prototyping.
  • Thrive in a flexible, dynamic environment where you will apply your expertise in different areas when required and drive a culture of pragmatic innovation and strong technical execution.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 6+ years of product management experience in the gaming, media or another industry with consumer digital product focus, several of those working with AI/ML products.
  • Experience with the established product management practices and craft, together with a practical ability to Get Stuff Done.
  • Excellent project management, communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using a combination of data analysis, user research and intuition for strategic decision-making and feature optimisation. Hands on data analysis skills.
  • Understanding of the lifecycle of ML products and how to drive these projects towards completion and engage with stakeholders around the uncertainty inherent in the AI/ML products and product development.
  • Ability to play an active role and be a supportive counterpart to engineers in technical discussions and to business stakeholders in critical business projects.
  • Hands‑on experience of putting together prototypes or own projects with the new generation of AI tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics), another quantitative applied field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Understanding the gaming industry, its players and its monetization practices is a bonus.
