Job summary

Talksign, Inc. is building core AI systems for real-time translation between spoken and sign languages. The role focuses on designing, training, and deploying cutting-edge speech recognition and NLP models to power fast, accurate translations.

You will optimize models for edge devices, collaborate with the sign language team, and mentor junior engineers while shaping our technical direction and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI with focus on speech or NLP.
• Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
• Track record of deploying ML models to production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
