Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven professional experience building, deploying, and scaling machine learning models in Python, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.
• Advanced causal inference techniques (e.g., A/B testing, propensity score matching, synthetic controls) to isolate true incremental business impact.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex data initiatives and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.

Aufgaben

• Architect end-to-end AI/model development from data exploration to production deployment.
• Prototype state-of-the-art AI solutions, including Generative AI, RAG systems, and predictive models.
• Build scalable pipelines with data engineers and IT teams ensuring CI/CD and MLOps compliance.
