Amazon is seeking an AWS Public Sector AI Sales Specialist to drive adoption of AI across UK Healthcare. You will lead complex AI sales engagements with NHS England, Integrated Care Systems, NHS Trusts, and health bodies, shaping go-to-market plans for AI services.

You will work with Account Managers and Solutions Architects to build pipelines, close high-value deals, and influence product roadmaps for clinical safety, data governance, and interoperability.

Qualifications

• Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans for AI/tech solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including executive-level influence.
• Experience identifying, negotiating and closing large-scale technology deals.
• Background in technology sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting.
• Experience working with or evaluating AI systems and AI/ML solutions.
• Experience selling into the NHS or wider UK healthcare, and knowledge of ICS/IBCs/Trusts buying.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth by leading multi-stakeholder AI sales engagements from opportunity identification through to close across NHS and wider health organisations.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for AWS AI services across UK Healthcare, focusing on high-value use cases like clinical decision support and population health.
• Apply value-based selling to connect AI adoption to patient outcomes, clinician experience, waiting times, and cost efficiency.
• Differentiate AWS AI against competitors with procurement-friendly deal structures.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, forecast accurately and report on performance.
• Engage partners, including AI model providers and health tech companies, to build joint GTM plans.
• Provide market insight to influence roadmap priorities on clinical safety and data governance.
