Job summary

Quantum is seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI systems powering personalised advertising, customer journey analytics and real-time bidding strategies. You will work with BI, data engineers and product teams on scalable AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, or similarly complex, high-scale environments.
• Built multi-agent or single-agent architectures with integrations to APIs and/or MCPs.
• Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning and experience with foundation models and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable multi-agent AI features for Mar Tech challenges.
• Research and implement agentic design patterns using LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Collaborate across BI, data, and product teams to translate objectives into agent personas, tool definitions, and behavioral boundaries.
• Monitor and optimise multi-agent systems in production, tracking token efficiency, execution loops, and tool-calling accuracy.
• Maintain data security, model explainability, and mitigate prompt injection risks in line with GDPR/CCPA.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in agent-oriented programming, prompt engineering, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
