Job summary

AND Digital seeks a Senior AI Engineer to build and maintain an automated AI DevX platform on Microsoft Azure. You will implement IaC Terraform modules, design CI/CD pipelines, and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) services for robust AI agent deployment.

You’ll enable developers with reusable templates, ensure observability with Azure Monitor and OpenTelemetry, and secure environments with best-practice landing zones.

Qualifications

• Terraform expertise: 2–4 years writing production-grade code for Azure.
• Experience with YAML pipelines, secret management and automated provisioning.
• Hands-on MCP architecture, agent orchestration, and API gateway patterns.
• Solid Azure networking, Entra ID access controls, and Docker fundamentals.

Role Overview

As a Senior AI Engineer you will be responsible for building and maintaining an automated AI Developer Experience (DevX) platform using Terraform on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on automating infrastructure provisioning for AI workloads, integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) services, and constructing robust pipelines for AI Agent deployment and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities & Capabilities

IaC & Platform Automation - Author, modularize, and maintain enterprise Terraform scripts to provision Azure AI resources, sandbox environments, and secure landing zones.

Agent Pipelines & CI/CD - Construct automated CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) designed for agentic workflows, prompt evaluation, automated testing, and release gating.

MCP Integration - Design, containerize, and deploy Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and gateways to connect AI agents securely with enterprise databases and APIs.

Developer Enablement - Create reusable developer templates, local execution environments, and self-service IaC modules to streamline onboarding for AI developers.

Observability & Telemetry - Implement tracing and metrics collection (Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry, Log Analytics) across agent executions, tool calls, and pipeline steps.

Technical Qualifications

• Terraform Expertise: 2–4 years writing production-grade, modular Terraform code targeting Azure infrastructure.
• DevOps & Automation: Strong experience building YAML pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, including secrets management (Azure Key Vault) and automated environment provisioning.
• AI Tooling & MCP: Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture, agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain), and API gateway patterns.
• Cloud Fundamentals: Solid background in Azure networking (VNets, Private Endpoints, DNS), Entra ID access controls, and Docker.
